    with particular focus on high-touch areas such as door handles and
    lift buttons.

  • Hand sanitizing stations can be found throughout the property, at receptions, lobbies, restaurant entrances, meeting and events spaces, lifts, spas, pools and fitness areas.

• Staff Interaction

  • All team members have received enhanced COVID-19-related health
    and safety training, including correct procedures for wearing masks and PPE equipment and physical distancing awareness.

  • Anantara Guardians: These specific roles have been allocated to outstanding team members to ensure the highest level of health and safety compliance at all guest touch-points. They will be constantly monitoring all Covid-19 protocols put into place, and can arrange medical assistance and advise on local hospitals and medical care if required.

• Standard Terms

  • Redemption is direct with the Hotel on new reservations made after the certificate purchase.
  • The certificate value applies to your bill for both room reservations and select hotel services & outlets.
  • Room: Valid towards all room-types and publicly available rates, offers, and packages as per the Hotel's website on the dates requested.
  • Services & Outlets: Valid towards in-house services and outlets operated by the Hotel and added to your room-bill. (See specified what is offered at each Hotel under REDEEM ON).
  • Exclusions: Any exclusions are noted under "Hotel Specific Terms."
  • Valid for 3 years.
  • The hotel stores any remaining value for your next stay.
  • An unredeemed certificate is transferable by first notifying Noble or Hotel.
  • An unredeemed certificate is refundable within 14-days after purchase, after it’s non-refundable.
