• On Arrival

  • Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 1 meter from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
    
  • Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates.
    
  • Mobile check-in and service requests via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
    
  • A self-care kit with individually packed disposable masks, hand sanitizer, and disinfecting wipes is available for guests upon arrival.

• Room

  • Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.
    
  • Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival.
    
  • During your stay, we will provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish not to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences.
    
    

• Housekeeping

  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
    
  • Electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants will be available soon to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

• Food & Beverage and Dining

  • Modified operational practices for in-room dining, no self-service buffets.
    
  • All food handlers trained on safe food preparation and service practices, and self- and independent audits in accordance with food safety standards as guidelines.

• Shared Areas

  • Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates.

• Staff Interaction

  • The hotel has strict staff policies to maintain safety for both staff and guests.
    
  • In keeping with the Italian regulation, both staff and guests are asked to fill a self-declaration on a daily basis.
    
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.

• Standard Terms

  • Redemption is direct with the Hotel on new reservations made after the certificate purchase.
  • The certificate value applies to your bill for both room reservations and select hotel services & outlets.
  • Room: Valid towards all room-types and publicly available rates, offers, and packages as per the Hotel's website on the dates requested.
  • Services & Outlets: Valid towards in-house services and outlets operated by the Hotel and added to your room-bill. (See specified what is offered at each Hotel under REDEEM ON).
  • Exclusions: Any exclusions are noted under "Hotel Specific Terms."
  • Valid for 3 years.
  • The hotel stores any remaining value for your next stay.
  • An unredeemed certificate is transferable by first notifying Noble or Hotel.
  • An unredeemed certificate is refundable within 14-days after purchase, after it’s non-refundable.
