• On Arrival

  • Utilization of the Marriott Bonvoy app: check-in or order room service.
    
  • Queuing through floor decals and stanchions; signage to remind guests of physical distancing requirements.
    
  • Physical barriers at the front desk; associate focus on hygiene and disinfection.
    
  • Dispensers stationed throughout the hotel, with a focus in high-traffic areas.
    
  • Disinfected between stays; keys sanitized prior to handover to guests.
    
  • Luggage sanitized after associate touch; bell carts sanitized after each use.

• Room

  • Deeper cleaning between guest stays; focused on using the right chemicals in every single part of the room
    
  • Deep cleaning and disinfection of all furniture, fixtures, and surfaces (headboards, end tables, etc.)
    
  • Disinfecting wipes and masks provided in guest rooms.
    
  • Deeper cleaning of high-touch items (handles, knobs, pulls, electronic and temperature controls, etc.)
    
  • Reducing or removing non-essential high-touch items (magazine or books, etc.)

• Housekeeping

  • Opt-out confirmed upon check-in.
    
  • Deeper cleaning between guest stays; focused on using the right chemicals in every single part of the room
    
  • Deep cleaning and disinfection of all furniture, fixtures, and surfaces (headboards, end tables, etc.)
    
  • Deeper cleaning of high-touch items (handles, knobs, pulls, electronic and temperature controls, etc.)
    
  • Reducing or removing non-essential high-touch items (magazine or books, etc.)

• Food & Beverage and Dining

  • Modified floor plans and reduced seating to ensure physical distancing; surfaces sanitized between guest use.
    
  • Defined occupancy and seating times; require reservations to control flow when busy.
    
  • Appropriate PPE use for food handling; compliance with all Marriott and industry food safety protocols.
    
  • Cocktail equipment sanitized between use; modified procedures for garnishes and glassware.
    
  • Alternate menu options, including digital QR
    
  • À la carte service including breakfast and modified food delivery including grab-and-go, pick-up stations, and ready-to-eat options
    
  • Reduced handling of guest personal property; alternate payment options including contactless self-checkout.

• Shared Areas

  • Sanitization of equipment between use; high-touch surfaces cleaned hourly.
    
  • Hand washing and hand sanitizer stations placed in common areas.
    
  • Modified floor plans to increase space between equipment, furniture, etc.
    
  • Promotion of outdoor fitness alternatives.
    
  • Staggered arrival times; longer appointment lengths to allow for deeper cleaning between each.

• Staff Interaction

  • All associates wear a face mask as part of their uniform. Guests are welcome to wear personal face masks and gloves and should abide by local regulations. Personal face masks and additional amenity items such as hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes, and gloves, are offered where available.

• Other Measures

  • Enhancing cleaning protocols to disinfect every space, especially all high-touch surfaces and during peak usage.
    
  • Deep cleaning each guest room between stays, removing nonessential high-touch items that can't be disinfected, and providing disinfecting wipes in every guest room.
    
  • Using mobile technology via the Marriott Bonvoy app, enabling social and physical distancing practices by reducing allowable capacities and increasing distance between furniture, managing queueing areas and encouraging pre-arrival communication & planning.
    
  • Redesigning Food & Beverage station set-ups by including protective barriers and removing non-essential items, offering a variety of 'grab and go' contactless options, and tailoring meetings and group options to enable reserved spaces.

• Standard Terms

  • Redemption is direct with the Hotel on new reservations made after the certificate purchase.
  • The certificate value applies to your bill for both room reservations and select hotel services & outlets.
  • Room: Valid towards all room-types and publicly available rates, offers, and packages as per the Hotel's website on the dates requested.
  • Services & Outlets: Valid towards in-house services and outlets operated by the Hotel and added to your room-bill. (See specified what is offered at each Hotel under REDEEM ON).
  • Exclusions: Any exclusions are noted under "Hotel Specific Terms."
  • Valid for 3 years.
  • The hotel stores any remaining value for your next stay.
  • An unredeemed certificate is transferable by first notifying Noble or Hotel.
  • An unredeemed certificate is refundable within 14-days after purchase, after it’s non-refundable.
