Your health and safety are our top priorities. Below are the key measures currently in place at JW Marriott Absheron Baku:

• On Arrival

  • Mobile check-in available.
    
  • Guests' luggage is sanitized before being brought to the room.
  • Guests are provided with a self-care kit with individually packed disposable masks, hand sanitizer, and disinfecting wipes upon arrival.
    
  • Social distancing at front office area.

• Room

  • Hotel Staff (Housekeeping, maintenance etc) will only enter a guest room upon explicit permission, even if the guest is outside of the room.
    
  • Rooms are thoroughly cleaned & sanitized before guests arrive.
  • All paper collaterals are removed from rooms, dedicated TV channel available on guest TV for menus, ordering, etc.
    
  • Chat with a concierge using Marriott Bonvoy application chat.
    
  • Minibar items are disinfected and individually wrapped and sealed.

• Housekeeping

  • All occupied rooms are sanitized daily with focus on specific touchpoints.
    
  • Sponges, cloths, and similar are changed with every room to avoid cross-contamination.
    
  • Guests can ask to schedule housekeeping to avoid interactions.

• Food & Beverage and Dining

  • Private dining experiences available inside the room and for take-away.
    
  • Digital QR menus available on TV screens, single-use paper menus also available.
    
  • All staff are required to wear a mask when serving guests.
    
  • Utensils are placed on the table once the guest is seated.
  • Restaurants only operate at 30% occupancy to minimize the density of guests and employees.

• Shared Areas

  • Hand Sanitizer is broadly available and encouraged by TOUCHLESS dispensers in all public areas.
    
  • Guests are required to wear face masks in certain public spaces.
  • Gym, swimming pool and wet-spa are by reservation only to minimize interaction.
    
  • Additional hygiene equipment is placed next to fitness equipment, with the addition of staff cleaning it after each use.
  • Frequently used areas in all facilities are sterilized every hour.

• Staff Interaction

  • The hotel has strict staff policies to maintain safety for both staff and guests.
    
  • All staff are temperature tested upon daily arrival.
    
  • All staff are asked a series of questions upon daily arrival for contact tracing. / All Staff are tested weekly.
    
  • All staff receive the necessary training related to "New Normal" implementations due to COVID-19.

• Other Measures

  • We have procedures in place to ensure the safety of guests and staff in a rare case if staff member or guest needs to be quarantined.
    
  • If any guests is tested positive during the stay, we have isolation procedures in place to ensure the guest's comfort and safety during a potential quarantine, including a team of doctors and nurses on call should that be necessary.
    
  • Large hospitals are available in the capital.

• Standard Terms

  • Redemption is direct with the Hotel on new reservations made after the certificate purchase.
  • The certificate value applies to your bill for both room reservations and select hotel services & outlets.
  • Room: Valid towards all room-types and publicly available rates, offers, and packages as per the Hotel's website on the dates requested.
  • Services & Outlets: Valid towards in-house services and outlets operated by the Hotel and added to your room-bill. (See specified what is offered at each Hotel under REDEEM ON).
  • Exclusions: Any exclusions are noted under "Hotel Specific Terms."
  • Valid for 3 years.
  • The hotel stores any remaining value for your next stay.
  • An unredeemed certificate is transferable by first notifying Noble or Hotel.
  • An unredeemed certificate is refundable within 14-days after purchase, after it’s non-refundable.
